I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received from Verizon.
First I was told that my old number would not be transferred to my new home location (10 blocks). On every bill there is portability surcharge, I wonder why I am paying it. The fact that this number could be moved to a cell phone wouldn't even mentioned by Verison representative.
Today I received a bill for almost a $100.00. There is a $64 charge for activating a new line, excuse me but all I asked for is to move the old number to a new location. No one installed anything by Verizon the line was already there, so what am I being charged for?
Also someone ordered a DSL line for me, how nice of Verizon. The problem is I never asked for it and I have a Cable service for some time now.
I'm submitting a formal complaint to BBB and State Department.
