Filelate.com states on their website that you can electronically file and have back tax return direct deposited. I paid them 60 to prepare and electronically file my 2010 tax return I received an email stating my return was ready for me to print my return it wasnt there after threatening to sue them I was given access to my return and was told it could not be filed electronically after calling the IRS I was told my return would be sent by mail and could not be direct deposited. I demanded a refund for false advertising of course I didn't receive it. I always check businesses thru the BBB my mistake was I didn't do it this time until after I filed my taxes. I filed a complaint with the BBB and IRS. The phone number they have on their site for customer service does not exist. This company has financially devastated me with their lies I plan on during them after all the complaints I have read online I'm shocked they are allowed to continue this business
