I files my taxes on January 27th. The website is set up that you have to complete the entire return before bringing you to the credit card info to charge you. I completed everything and 4 days later, on Jan 31st, the fee of $59.97 was deducted from my card. I have since submitted a "ticket" on this website as I have not found any way to check the status of my return on the website. File Late responded by email telling me to refile but when I refiled it wanted to recharge me another $59.97. So I called the #702-421-0780 provided in the email and "Janice", who answered the phone with just a "hello" (no company greeting) said they have no record of my payment even though I had my credit account up online and giving her the information that indeed it was File Late that had charged my account. The # provided on my credit card account is 1-801-765-9400 which is FileLate.
