BoyzShop fantastic Service and cooperation

I ordered a "toy" (value $100) from BoyzShop, living in the UK I had no idea that the postal would had to be that important, I chose the cheaper option. 8weeks passed and a few emails back and forth to their office, I was told to be patient and finally I caved in and rang them from the UK, I spoke to a very nice lady and she spoke to her supervisor, they offered me a new "toy" if I paid the shipping I agreed I arrived in the UK within 4 working days
