I%u2019m very disappointed with my experience. I place an order for a desk over a month ago (Nov 6th) and am only finding out now over a month later (Dec 10) that the item is unavailable.in addition to an overall poor experience, I was not impressed with the fact that if I didn%u2019t follow up, no one would have contacted me about the order. The individual I just spoke with from BTR advised that the order was short shipped%u2026 If that was the case then why was I never contacted about that? I placed my order over a month ago and had to follow up on my own to figure this out. I also find it strange that I was not even offered a concession for my wasted time and efforts. Unacceptable.
