I have made a few purchases from this website. The first being about 6 months ago. I ordered a dress, which I loved from first sight. It took several weeks to arrive, I wore it twice and one of the seams in the lining completely came apart. I loved the dress so much that I didn't bother to complain or try to return it, I fixed it myself. I ordered several items a month ago. They are arriving in dribs and drabs. One item has still not been shipped or received at BTR, yet my credit card has been charged. Two items were returned due to poor quality and not as described. I was not credited the shipping cost back and I was charged an additional $9.95 to return it. I am now out over $20 for shipping alone and the items that I returned they will not refund my credit card for, they will only give me a credit on my BTR account. I am so disappointed and frustrated with their service and "policies" I don't want to order from them again EVER! I just want the $57 credited back to my credit card along with the item that was ordered a month ago and never shipped, that would be another $42.00, this site is such a rip off. They did send me a special code for $10 gift card and when I just tried to use it, I got the message that it had already been used, so I cancelled my order. Buyer beware!!
