I purchased 4 phones with cellularone in my business. They promised the service would get better, I would get 6 miles from my home and would have no service. I missed important calls and caused me to miss out on work. I tried for over a year to get something working, I went from antilog to digital then back to the antilog just trying to get anything to work.
When I finally got fed up and went with a Dobson Cellular system which I haven't had any problem with getting service, I cancelled the Cellularone. They said since I hadn't had them the full time to complete the contract I would have to pay $200. Per phone to fullfill the contract. I don't feel I owe them anything, I had paid for months for a service that I wasn't able to use, only when I was around home. Is there anything I can do about this?
