In the last month I have had to use the customer service line in the back of the Yorba Linda, Ca store. The service desk has only 2 registers averaging a 10-15 minute wait period for every 2 people. Wait is too long for simple returns, exchanges, and purchases. Associate (Rachel) today is visably and verbally annoyed with clients. Even rude to fellow employees helping her get items.
Recommendation: Look into what is the biggest cause for wait whether it be process, training of employees, etc to determine how to improve customer wait.
