I shop at Kohl's frequently. I took some merchandise back today with my receipt, and that went ok. I shopped for awhile, had 3 items i wanted to pay for, got to check out, and both chec outs were very busy, i looked at the customer service, and i see no one in line, and it says on sign above, check out, so i went there, put my 3 small items on counter, and as soon as i did, Kyle, told me did someone send you over here? I said no, there was a line in both check outs and both customers had a lot of items and i saw check out over here, and no one in line so i thought i could pay for these items faster. He humiliated me when he said well we're not supposed to check out over here, and just looked liked he was totally exsasperated i came over there, and he had to wait on me, still no one was in line, so no one was waiting on me because i was there. I was almost ready to cry, because he acted like i had caused him so much trouble. I started to ask for the manager, but i was too upset, and knew i would cry. There's no excuse for how i was treated to but 3 items which i paid cash. It onlt took less than a minute! I don't know if i will go back to Kohl's again when i am treated like that. All he had to do was let me pay for the items, and my day would have been great, so i think you should talk to Kyle, who had a button that said he'd been there 6 yrs. To be a little nicer to customers.
