I frequently buy gift cards to give out to my employees as rewards. I just purchased 2 $50 cards at Kohl's and later decided that I would like 2 $25 cards instead of a $50 card. When I tried to make that exchange, I was told it was impossible to do. I thought this would be a rather simple transaction, especially since I had done exactly the same thing at Bed, Bath & Beyond just 15 minutes earlier. My question is, where's the customer service in a situation like this? Obviously not at Kohl's!!
