So, black Friday came to Canada this year. But Aldo clearly can't handle the amount of orders it received, since aldo didn't cancel one of my orders, but both! I ordered this bag on black Friday and the item was clearly in stock when I ordered it, but on Monday I received an email saying that they could not locate the item and they have to cancel, so I say ok, it happens. I go on to order another bag the same day (Monday following black Friday) and two days later, I receive the same email saying that they could not locate the item.
Well this is simply ridiculous, why have an item available on the website, and be able to order it if you cannot actually have it? Never shopping or even looking online at Aldo, and sharing this story with all friends and family.
