We'd gotten Alarmforce mounted in2006. And ofcourse got stuck in three-year agreement with terrible support.

The batteries from all devices went out within couple of months of installation.

After I moved they charged in the future along and setup. And set one motionsensor, within the hall at this kind of position that it never discovered the family room motion. It might just sense if somebody arrived before it...

I'd prepared to alter the telephone business togo with Voip being cheaper. Come to discover Alarmforce isn't compatible. Few weeks later they improved to electronic but desired me to pay for $159 for that upgrade. And wouldn't actually provide the alternative of having from the agreement... After I declined to pay for I had been informed"in case your phone-line gets slice we r not responsible. We don't obtain the sign" making me no option.

Ultimately I'm done witht he deal, so happy to obtain out. But I'd to send all of the gear back prior to the 15th of the month, normally they cost for that next month. Apparently it requires them 60-days to procedure cancellation. Ridiculous I say. I shipped quarry on 20th, they nevertheless charged my card. When I named, the consultant was rude. And all she'd to express was "it shoud have now been below about the 15 therefore we shall cost your card."

Really Upsetting. I would certainly not suggest it to anyone. Horrible support.
