I should have read the other complaints against this company! They seem to be notorious for double charging peoples accounts. That isn't the worst part, when you contact their customer service department, they give you some bs line about the date the system was installed and the billing date. All I know is I was told I would be charged once a month and this is the first month of service with this horrible company and they charged me twice and refused to fix it!!! Beware of this ripoff of a company!
