I ordered "The Firm" body sculpting system. After waiting for a month and calling the company, I decided to cancel my order because I was told it was on backorder. Once I decided to cancel, miraculously my order had already been sent out! At that point, "customer service" had been so rude, that I told them I would send it all right back to them, unopened. I would expect a full refund.in order to get any money at all, I had to go through the BBB in Colorado. This company said they refunded a part of the money, but what they actually did was charge my account AGAIN for the $36.18, or thereabouts. To make a long story short, they'd sent me items I didn't want, or ask for. They've continually said that they never received one item back, even though I have a receipt. They want a copy of my bank statement to verify my story, as opposed to simply looking at their records of charge, and they charged me twice for one of the items I didn't want! I don't know about anyone else, but after this experience, I don't want them having my account info.
I will never do business with this firm again, and I will let others know that it's nothing but a money grabbing scam. You might get the items you request, but you'll be signed up for all sorts of extras you've never asked for. Good luck on getting your money back.
