The status of my order is very confusing, I have not recieved my order, it appears you are stating I requested a refund I DID NOT REQUEST A REFUND, and it appears there is a backorder. WHICH IS IT? Regardless you have my money from my bank account and I don't have my silver rods. What's going on? I copied a pasted this below from your information on my account I don't understand this. You know I am pretty d*n upset about this I expected these rods to come in just a few days and it has been 13 days since you took my money and did not ship my silver rods. I have a health problem that is needing immediate attention and this is very upsetting to me. If I would have imagined this kind of hold up with receiving my rods I would have gone with a different company. I need to you send my rods to me ASAP over night mail or something. We are sorry for the delay with your order. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, however, special order items or items that become unavailable during processing may take additional time. Due to one or more of your items not being available by our distributor, our warehouse needed to order your products directly from the manufacturer. We currently do not have an expected arrival time, it may be 1-3 weeks. You may cancel this backorder at any time for a refund. Again my apologies for the continued delay and rest assured we are doing everything to make sure that you get your complete order as quickly as we can.

Daniel are you saying then that my order is still in process and that you are going to send me the silver rods as soon as you get them? I have never seen silver rods take this long to get and I have been ordering them for years. I am afraid now that if I cancel my order with you it will take a long time to get refunded by you, and I need to get these silver rods from someone out there. How long does a refund take I don't have a money tree growing in my back yard and I can't put out more money to someone else for more silver rods. How long does a refund take? Sorry Daniel I don't mean to be testy and I know it is probably not your fault, you just picked the short straw and had to respond to me. Thanks Terry

Daniel, I want my order of three sets of silver rods. I don't want a refund it appears that will take forever and a day to get a refund. If you cannot fill my order then of course I want a refund but can you please let me know when I can expect my order in the mail. I would rather have my order filled. You advertise that you are an herbal supplier but you can't seem to fill a simple order for a common product. Please let me know if this order can be filled at all OK. You have been very vauge with direct information regarding this order. I don't mean to be rude but at this point this has become absurd.
