Nationwide Credit Inc. contacted me claiming they had bought off a debt I had with another company. They offered me a settlement plan of 6 monthly payments of $114.46. I told them I accepted the offer and mailed out my first check. They cashed it. I have evidence of that. But, I haven't been able to contact them. At what point is this company going to be sued?
