Bought tickets to a Broadway play Aug 13th. $ 1308.95 plus $75.26 Insurance. Said tickets would be available to download on he 11th. Called them on the evening of the 11th no tickets they said it would be another 48 hrs. on the evening of the 13th I got an email to download the tickets and when I tried (multiple times) an error popped up (An error occurred while processing your request.
