Complaint / review text:
I placed an order on 16Mar18 and was promptly billed to my CC. Since the one email that said my order had been received, I have heard nothing from them to date (today is 4May18). They will not respond to any of my emails or "trouble tickets." I'm trying to file a BBB complaint but probably will not be able to because of their information requirements, about a company that is trying to remain anonymous. Looks like they are going to get away with my money, but for the rest of you, steer clear of this bunch of crooks.
