In a nutshell my husband and I purchased a time share through the fast talking, glam promoting squad, and dream fakers of King Creek Plantation. It is currently we purchased in the summer of 2012 and we have paid over $2000 in member and maintenance fees. Our loan was a total of $9, 000 and we now still currently owe them $6, 000. We have been absolutely no where, because on top of all the fees and monthly payments, of which only $90 or even at one point $40 dollars went towards the principle, we cannot afford to pay them more money to travel. There is a fee to book on top of everything that you all ready throw at them. I am loyal to paying my bills, but I must say this has been the one financial mistake that I wish I could take back, get help to get out of. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Companies like this should be a shame of themselves.
