I sign up for the Experience the Dream package when i was at williamsburg in August. I begining making my monthly payment as scheduled. I receive my vacation package in the mail in September.in may i called to schedule my family vacation for August of I was told they would called me back within 48 hours. I never reveive a called back, i called them back after two days, the representative that i spoke to told me that in order for me to book a vacation for my family for the time period that we were planning to traveled, I would have to pay an additional $800.00. The package "Experience the Dream" which i purchased from Kings creek Plantation never said that I have to pay an additional fee in order to experience my dream vacation. When i question her about the so call additional fee, the rep told me that they would call me back after they calculate what the actual cost will be for my family to take our vacation in August. I continue to make the monthly payment to Advanced Financial Company for the said above vacation package. I never received a call back from anyone at the Kings Creek Plantation about my schedule vacation. I called all the available phone number and leave messages on all the numbers that i have but no one calls me back.in July I contact Advance Financial Company that I will no longer make payment on the package because i try to book a vacation for my family as stipulated by the contract that i signed with Kings Creek and no vacation was provided. I spoke to Tisa At AFC, she told me she will send a note to Kings creek on my behalf. I receive a phone call from Lisa Scovel from Kigs Creek on August 16, she left me a message and I return her call couple of days later but she never call me back. I received a letter from Kings Creek dated November 12 asking me to return the vacation package and they will cancel the membership. I did return the package back to Kings Creek and I receive a phone call from a Ms. Lashandra at 737-873-4005 ex 6808 confirming that they have received the package that i sent back to them. When I ask her when would they be refunding the over $1000.00 that I have paid into this vacation package which I receive no benefit for, she told me I did not cancel within seven (7) days, I told her that I have no intention of cancelling the package if i have receive the benefit for the money that i have paid into this vacation package. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, she told me she is the manager and that is it. I have young children which I promised a vacation to for the summer, but the package that i bought into in order to save money and have choices as to where we go for our vacation, took my money and did not give us a vacation. I have paid $1025.00 to these people in this very difficult economy and they have taking my money without the fulfillment of the Dream. Can anyone help? Thanks
