Billing both my email accounts after profile change

I had originally signed up for Netflix with my aol account, and later changed to my gmail account since I use that more often.netflix continued to bill both my email addresses as separate accounts! One was billed for Blueray at $18/mo and the other for streaming/dvds at $16.

I never used the aol.com account after I transitioned it to gmail. I never used the Blueray or DVD delivery service on either. They double billed me for a good year before I caught them. The whole time, I thought I was paying $8/mo for streaming.

Basically, I'm out several hundred dollars for double billing... And all they would do is reimburse me for a month of each, or $24. That still leaves about 11 months of double billing unchecked. How can they justify billing an inactive account. They should be more than happy to credit my account the full amount instead of stone-walling me and offering up the very minimum. Never again Netflix.
