Sadly, Core Talent is in the business of not paying their talent. I think Core is in some kind of financial distress. Several of my actor friends, including me, have left the agency without their pay and have had to threaten Core Talent with a law suit in order to even hear back from Teresa Andrion. Some will never see their hard earned money.
Mind you, hearing back from someone at Core does not mean your getting payed. I received a check from her a good 90 days after a job, and only after threatening to call my lawyer, to have it bounce. Sadly after that one account I gave Core another shot and now, more than 90 days after my jobs, still am waiting to get paid or hear back from Core on the matter.
