We sold Jeff at Green River Transmission a 5600 Dodge 6-Speed 2wd transmission. He informed us that the core was junk and he would not pay us a core charge nor would he send us the core. He then charged his customer Paul Nespodzany $600.00 for the core.
Jeff will not take our calls, our statements we send to him certified mail come back to us, now we have to go to a collection company to deal with this man and we will end up only getting 60% of our money. It is clear that this man does not do things the right way as I have seen the bill for Mr. Nespodzany with the core charge on it.
Jeff now has Mr. Nespodzanys money, and the 5600 Dodge 6-Speed core. You can bet he will make money off of that to I'm sure.
