We purchased a machine (the ITALIAN version) on March 26 at AED's office. Machine was delivered August 19 to the location we chose. The tech that installed the machine was fair but the problem was he only gave us about 2 hours of training, with no manual. When we complained to AED about the lack of training they said 2 hours was standard. I don't know if any body else is in the same boat but 2 hours is hardly a drop in the bucket when it comes to figuring out how to operate this machine. As of October 8 the machine is stil not operating. If anybody knows how to operate this machine please let me know.
