I ordered 2 Riello Box Office Express machines from American Entertainment Distributors, Inc. (AED) on 4.7.2004 and paid $71,000 for both of them with cashiers checks by 5.4.2004.
The first one was received in Seattle, WA in August and is still not up. I was scheduled to receive a call from an AED Installation Analyst yesterday for a visit this week, but that didn't happen because they were shut down on 10.1.2004 by a U.S. Government entity (I don't know which one, but it's not the FTC).
The second machine is suppose to be delivered in Houston, TX on November 1.
So I'm trying to find out what government entity shut them down so I can request an analyst to get the Seattle machine installed and get the Houston machine delivered/installed or receive $31,500 refund.
