AED seems to have fallen off the face of the earth Answers Please!

I purchased the Box Office Express back in March and it was installed on July 28th (not the speedy process I was promised). I had nothing but problems getting the machine installed and keeping it operational after installation. To make a long story short, I am up and running, but still facing a negative cash flow every month. I do not hold AED responsible for this factor. With every business opportunity, there is a risk and I chose to take that risk and I'm now suffering the consequences. My concern however, lies in the fact that AED seems to have fallen off the face of the earth.

On a separate note, my mother also purchased a machine back in March and her machine has not been delivered. Is it safe to say that she paid nearly $40K for nothing?

I've been reading all the postings and although I'm interested in who's doing well and why, my biggest concern is:

Does aed still exist???

If the answer to this is no, do we have any recourse? Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
