I purchased a DVD Video rental machine a few months ago. I was told that my machine was shipped from Italy, received into the port of Miami, cleared customs and shipped to a holding site near Chicago. I was contacted by Universal Tech Support (Kristie Gross) with information on the installation. Last week, I was ready for installation and have not been able to reach anyone from AED or U Tech.
I understand that the USPS Postal Inspectors have closed down AED.
Does anyone have any info on how to contact Universal Tech, know any of the Technical Support personnel that may be able to help me to see if my machine was shipped or know of the national trucking company that may have been involved in the shipping / warehouseing of these machines.
