AED roped me in just like everyone else who has purchased or tried to purchase a machine or machines. I bought 3 machines back in February and was promised like everyone else delivery and installation and traing all with in 60 days.
I didnt get my first machine until June and that was only because I threatened them with my lawyer. Could never, once I wired all my money, talk to Mauricio Paz, who very eagerly and dishonestly sold me 3 machines.
Have had numerous technical problems with all 3 machines, and have never been more stessed out in my life. The "tech support" was the biggest joke. Not only can I never get in touch with them but when ever I rarely do talk to one they have no clue. These people sold machines that they didnt even know how to fully work much less train someone else to.
Im out $104,500.00 plus the weekly average of $300.00 since June for all of the movies that I have been buying for the machines that dont work half of the time. Not to mention the crapy locations that there supposed locators found for me. Between the 3 machines that I have they dont bring in $300.00 a month, and with the expense of purchasing the movies to stock them with and the lease of the credit card processor that $300.00 doesnt even come close to covering 1/4 of my expenses. Needless to say I have been screwed over royally.
I have read so many of these reports and can sympathize with all of you. I would love to talk to some of you people. I dont know how to go about doing that since we are not suppose to include an email address, but I sure would like to get in touch somehow.
I think we need to stick together and try to seek legal action together and go after AED
