Same complaints: No location without wired $36,000 for DVD vending machine. Purchased machine in March terrible locations "expert" and service. Placed in Austin, Texas. Utech now not responding for technical support.
Machine appears to be renting DVDs and not crediting my account ~ 75% of time. I and several contacts checked out company before I commited. BBB checked out of, references, Company's financials, legal history - all checked out. After purchsing I began to have trouble with: Shady hidden operating costs i.E. $2,000 bankcard software contact, no "waiting now" locations, DVD full price "wholesale" (cheaper to buy at walmart), very very unprofessional post purchase customer support, late machine delviery, software issues, machine not being exactly what they advertised i.E. Missing aspects/parts. Here are a few names I have in connection to this scam: Neal Isanuk (account executive) Dave Dodgers (locator manager) Loyd (location tech) Sandy Rich or Ericka (customer service).
