I was ripped off. I bought a gift certificate in December and they already knew they were filing Chapter 11

I am a regular customer of Georgette Klinger. My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas 2007. When he purchased the gift certificate in December, Georgette Klinger already knew they were filing Chapter 11. I feel that everyone this happened to, that our money was stolen. I would like to file a Class Action Lawsuit against them. Can you please help me. Thank you.
