They seem to make profit off people who are naive and do not know better, the first timers of online ticket purchase.
I paid $120 tax ($10) and "delivery fee" ($5, which is odd since this delivery is done online), for two tickets that I would have gotten for $30 via other routes.
I found out about this outrageous overcharge soon after, but of course they have no-cancellation policy under terms of use that no-one reads, and the customer center is a joke.
All I can do now is to spread the words to people around me to avoid using this company at all cost, and learn from the mistake myself and be more careful of business like this which is run by people of no ethics.
No cancellation no matter what? Come on.
