I've seen quite a few complaints about stub hub, but it seems to be mostly the sellers that are causing the problems, not stub hub. I recommend using paypal instead of a credit card, buy the ticket at least 1-2 weeks prior to the event and always try to buy the instant download tickets. I purchase Justin bieber tickets and Ke$hA tickets for my daughter with stub hub and had no problems. Paypal offers payment protection and since they have a relationship with stub hub as a payment provider, stub hub will make sure you have a good experience or possibly lose paypal as a provider. Also by getting the ticket early, I ensured my tickets downloaded quickly and I even called the venue to ensure the tickets were good. (verified seating and times etc.) The tickets were good and had no complaints. I will probably use them again as long as I can used instant download and get them with paypal. Good luck to all.
