Unfortunately, I did not find the complaint before I ordered and got scammed. I ordered a prescription on July 20, even received a call to confirm from them on this date. I was billed $159.
The next day, July 21, someone else called me from there saying they didn't have all my credit card info to place my order. I told the guy they did and that they had already charged my card. The next day I checked my credit card statement online and noticed that they had charged my card AGAIN for the same item but this time the price was $169.
I tried emailing them and never heard back. I called the two toll-free numbers they have and one said the number was no longer in service and the other would just ring and never get picked up and then eventually was busy all the time. I never received my product and cannot get a hold of anybody at top-generic.
I finally filed a fraud complaint on them with my credit card company to get my money back.
Also a rip-off is their billing company, IP-RxConnect.com. They are impossible to get a hold of. I sent numerous emails to them about the charges and finally got one back saying they saw the double billing and will contact the merchant. Good luck with that. Since, they don't respond to emails anymore and of course, don't have a phone number to call. So any company that uses this billing company, STAY AWAY FROM!!
