I had two reoccuring charges from a company that I never recieved services from. I finally got them to stop billing me but was told for the other charges, I would have to contact my credit card company. I contacted the seamiles customer service many times and gave them detailed information about the charges to my credit card. They assured me that I gave them enough information, and that they would take care of it. Almost a month went by with no response from them. I called them today and they told me that they can't contact the company that charged me and there was nothing that they could do. This is most definately a credit card company that I will not reccommend to even my worst emenies! They have had HORRIBLE customer service since day 1 and I should have cancelled then! Don't use this company if you expect good customer service and if you want them to back you for unauthorized charges becase they simply WON'T! I applied for this card on my Carnival cruise... Don't let them con you into applying... There is no REAL benefits to the card! It's all a gimick~
