They say we owe them them money for video rentals from 2 to 3 years back for late fees

Universal Fidelity LP is says we owe money $93.12 for late late fee from 2 and 3 years back. We have never been contacted before. We were on there monthly plan. If there were any late fees they would had to have been paid before we could rent anymore movies.
