Unbelievable Customer Service!!! I bought PIT tickets for Dave Matthews from Stub Hub that ended up being fake. I called Stub Hub at the venue and talked to a very nice guy (I wish I could remember his name) but, he could not do anything for me because the show was Sold Out and there were no tickets available for him to give me. I was so upset and bummed. I probably talk to him over 20 minutes pleading my case and he actually kept listening to me and telling me over and over he was sorry. My best friend drove over 5 hours to go this this show with me and we got stuck in the lawn. It was horrible. On Monday I got a call from Sue at Stub Hub. She wanted to know everything; how it effect my day, what happened at the venue, etc, etc. She listened to me for over 30 mintues sulking about how bad this was for me and my best friend. So, Stub Hub not only refunded my money they gave me a $650 credit to my Stub Hub Account which ended up giving me FRONT ROW Tickets to Hullabalou Festival at Church Hill Downs to see Dave, to make up for it. So, there Fan Guarantee is real and outstanding. I will always buy tickets thru Stub Hub! I can't believe the a company this big actually really care this much about there customers. I thought all they were going to do was refund my money and I would of never heard from them again. Stub hub you rock!
