Bought my birthday girl and her boyfriend ticket to Rangers vs. Yankees at Ranger Stadium. They arrive to find an very obese occupant in the adjacent seat to the extent that my daughte (5 foot, 100lbs dripping wet) is unable to sit in her seat. They move up a couple of rows, those occupants arrive, move up again and again. Stub Hub indicates that they can't do anything about it - I've never encountered a situation like this but Stub Hub tells me it's her fault for not getting an Usher. She didn't know and usher could do something and has no prior experience with a situation like this (19 year old) and honestly I have never encountered a similar situation so had she called me I couldn't have advised her. I call stub hub to express my dissatisfaction and am literally yelled at by their customer service agent who tells me I'm discrimminating - no, I just want what I purchased, which I didn't get. 2 seats on row 6 as a birthday present for my daughter. Stub Hubs respone is a $10 coupon&well, we won't use them again, so coupon not acceptable, wouldn't even give the coupon to someone else because I would be promoting their business which in my opinion is sorely lacking.
