I purchased tickets from stub hub 10/27/09. For a surprise birthday present for my husabnds 40th birthday. I have been waiting for them to arrive for an event on 4/10/10. I called customer service to locate my tickets because I leave on the 7th. Only to find out the seller has yet to obtain my confirmed tickets and 2 other customers purchases either. They tell me Im covered by fan protect to get better seats or a refund. Considering my tickets are front row. The next better seats in my view are on the field. This whole experience is devastating. I have already paid for airfare for four people, hotel, rent a car and $1200.00 for tickets I dont have. I cant even go on to describe how much this whole sitution has ruined my trip and my husbands gift. I sit sick to my stomach waiting to see if i just wasted thousands of dollars on my husbands dream gift to be ruined. I use stub hub often as do many of our family and friends. Everyone is shocked that I am basically left in a lurch with nothing. How could I use stub hub again in good faith.
