Stubhub help complaints - Tickets for events

Buyer beware!!!
I purchased 4 tickets (for me and my 3 kids) $800.00/each (which was about $900.00 a ticket after Stub Hub Fees) on Stub Hub for the March 28 Lady Ga Ga concert at the Staples Center, Los Angeles, based on the ticket description of the tickets (i.E., "PIT") and the Stub Hub "Fan Guarantee Protect" Program.in fact, to air on the side of caution, before purchase, I called Stub Hub to determine whether these tickets would suit my needs (i.E., going to the concert with 3 kids 8 years old and under). I was assured they would be great because they were listed to be in the "PIT" on the "Floor." And although the tickets also said GA (general admission), it was explained that they was general admission in the pit section of the floor of the concert which would be close to the stage. Sort of like purchasing first class tickets without specific seat numbers (so it's first come first serve). Anyhow, when the tickets arrived, later than promised, I immediately called StubHub as the rows and seat numbers on the 4 tickets were all in different location. At that point, to my shock and disappointment, I was informed by Stub Hub that: (a) there was no "PIT" section (that was a misrepresentation of the seller), (b) the entire concert floor at the Staple Center was all just general admission (a ticket face value of $88.00); (c) that they would no do anything for me as a customer, including enforcing their meaningless "Fan Protection Guarantee" (which promised I would get the tickets I was promised or better or my money back); and (d) there were no seats on the floor!!! I called the venue (Staple Center) themselves. They confirmed that there was no PIT section for this concert, the whole floor was first come first serve and there was NO SEATING what so ever!!! I paid over $3,600 for 4 tickets from Stub Hub based on total misrepresentations and falsehoods. The worse part is the STUB HUB was more interested in protecting their sellers that taking action, as promised, on the part of their buyers. This is very suspect! Stub Hub is a publicly traded company. It is owned by Ebay. I think something smells fishy here. Where's the SEC???
