I brought my dog in too and took pictures with the photographer. I never heard from Gail again. After reading all these scam reviews, I called my credit card company and they are getting me a full refund. Anyone that has done any business with Creative Talent call your credit card company and get your money back as soon as possible before they close their business. Gail is a liar and steals money from people.
