I purchased 2 tickets for the 05-22-11 Jason Aldean concert in Hartford, CT and it took longer than they said and then while I was nice and calm they hung up on me. I called back and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and refused to refund my tickets and they were totally rude about it, then they said if I didnt accept the tickets that I would never be able to order tickets from anybody online. I guess im black listed from all ordering online is the impression so people there are other companies out there who are better please dont make the same mistake I did.
