Adam sent me pictures of what to expect. The pictures were of a beautiful statue and smooth detailed hands.
The day of the party, they showed up 15 minutes late. My professional elegant statue was a guy in a white shirt and pants with a little baby powder on his face and hair. The stone hands were so messy and bumpy, that you couldn't even tell what they were. If they would have been there before my guests arrived, I would have told him to leave!
I believe he did this on purpose because he was upset that we asked for a discounted price. I have tried to reason with him, but he thinks he did a beautiful job. I have pictures of what he promised and what he actually gave me. The difference is ridiculous and embarrasing.
