My experiences are the same as the above musicians from Statue Records - sent them $100 for a "web set up fee" and have had no royalties paid or any correspondence from them. I'm contacting them once a week to say "hi, remember me?" Is there an Arts Law Dept in the USA? Consumer Affairs? This situation is outrageous.
Anyway I'm going to put a warning up on my soundclick site - I may do a song or two warning the world about them!
