I ordered a 1minime groupon during fall last year. I purchased to customize a fencer statue. During the painting of the body phase, I rejected the first proof photos because the back of the statue was incorrect. I entered my instructions to correct the errors. I specified that my requests applied to the back only. The second proof photos were submitted and the changes were made to the back and the front. I did not accept or reject the second proof of photos because accepting will mean that they are correct and rejecting will mean I will have to pay an extra $20.00 to add additional comments. Note that my free comments specified that the changes apply to the back only and not the front of the statue. After three months of sending emails to customer service who promised that it will get fixed, the statue was not corrected and was auto-validated. I want my money back.
