Billed a Closed Account

My Netflix account was closed in November and in February they began billing my expired credit card again. When I realized it in April I called Netflix to have the charges reversed and they would only credit one out of three months.

2 Issues here:
Account was cancelled
They knew they were billing an expired card—they posted it on the account (that I no longer knew I had).
