Billing on Closed Acct

My netflix account was closed in November and billing stoped.in February Netflix began billing my closed account on an expired credit card. When I called to have the charges reversed they would only credit 1 out of 3 months. At no time during this period or for some months prior had a rented a movie or any other product from them.
