I phoned to verify the availability of an elusive DVD from Freestyle Shop. The "customer service" rep guaranteed me that, if the item can be added to the cart, then it is in stock and available to order.
So, I ordered the item and, without much surprise, EVENTUALLY (one week later) received an email canceling my order because, alas, the item is NOT AVAILABLE!
Then, when I called to complain, I was informed that customers CANNOT CALL TO COMPLAIN. This company does NOT have a phone number for complaints; the phone number listed on their site is FOR ORDERS ONLY! What a convenient protocol for customer service.
