Blockbuster Express charged my credit card $57 for two movies that I DID return to the same kiosk, 2 days after renting. I watched them on Christmas Day and returned them the following day. Twenty-five days later, I noticed the charge on my credit card. I called Blockbuster customer service to get some help, but was told there was nothing they could do - I was out the money. I asked why there was no e-mail sent to me as a "reminder of late movies" orany other courtesy notice sent, if they had felt I hadn't returned the movies in 25 days (they certainly send meplenty of "junk" e-mails each day!!!). The man on the phone didn't have aresponse for that. I told him I felt that this practice of charging for returned movies and no notification was certainly unethical at best. My advice to others it to STAY FAR AWAY from Blockbuster Express!!!
