I searched the internet for lee evans roadrunner tour tickets sept when I came across this website which looked geniune. I paid 265.00 via debit card for four tickets. I then had a confirmation email which then sent alarm bells ringing, I then decided to contact the company via email to request a full refund. The company took time to respond to my emails and eventually offered me a full refund. They gave me 14days to wait until the transaction cleared but the 14day period has now expired and still no refund.
I am not happy with the service they have provided and all I have asked for is a full refund. This has unfortunately go too far and I am hoping you can deal with the situation.
