I purchased 2 4th row tickets to Sugarland in Atlanta about a week prior to the concert for $356. The day before the show, April 2nd, I have yet to receive these tickets that I even paid extra to get 2 day shipping for. I called the number repeatedly and was always put on hold for 30 mins and then was made to go to voicemail. I also sent 2 emails which were not responded to. Finally, I called a 4th time acting as if I were buying new tix - this was the only way I got to speak to a human. She told me that they didn't actually have the tickets and that someone would email me an alternative. I told her I wanted a full refund, and she told me to indicate that in an email.
I received an email telling me that they never even had the tix in tehir possession and offering me HORRIBLE seats at the back of the house. I refused ad they offered a full refund, which I accepted. Now, 1 month and almost 20 emails later, I am still fighting with the company. I finally received a partial refund to my credit card. I notified them that this was unacceptable and I am owed more money. I was told it must be a computer error (yeah, right) and that the problem could not be resolved for another 72 hours. More than 72 hours later, I have yet to receive the remainder of my refund.
I can't believe they even sold me tickets they didn't have and then they were not even going to tell me! It took me calling 4 times the day before the show to find that out. Messing up my refund is just the icing on the cake.
DO NOT do business with these fraudulent people!!!
